1. Scope. These terms apply to all orders placed via racksix.de. Seller: Racksix, owner Can Ahmet Aldirmaz, Pappelweg 5, 86381 Krumbach (Schwaben), Germany. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Conclusion of contract. Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By clicking the final order button you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. You can correct your entries at any time before submitting. The automatic order confirmation e-mail only confirms receipt of your order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by e-mail or ship the goods (at the latest with the shipping confirmation); for PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, upon confirmation of the payment instruction.
3. Language, contract text. Contract language is German; we provide English information for international customers. The contract text is stored and sent to you by e-mail with your order confirmation. These terms can be viewed and printed at racksix.de at any time.
4. Prices and shipping. Prices are in euro and include German VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown on the “Shipping & Payment” page and during checkout before you place your order. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or fees may apply and are borne by the recipient unless stated otherwise.
5. Payment. We offer the payment methods displayed at checkout (credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract unless the payment method provides otherwise.
6. Delivery, print on demand. Our garments are printed only after your order is received and shipped by our production partner. Estimated delivery times are stated on each product page and on the “Shipping & Payment” page (Germany usually 4–5 business days). We deliver to the countries selectable at checkout. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable, at no extra shipping cost to you.
7. Retention of title. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
8. Right of withdrawal. Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; see our Cancellation Policy and model withdrawal form. We grant this 14-day right to all customers worldwide.
9. Warranty. Statutory warranty rights apply (two years for consumers in the EU). Minor, production-related deviations (e.g. slight colour differences between screen and print) do not constitute a defect where customary and reasonable.
10. Liability. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability is excluded. Claims under product liability law remain unaffected.
11. Dispute resolution. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 VSBG).
12. Governing law. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
